New Historian Morris Kugler's Message

Dear Members,

Jack Gibbs has again prepared the path for me by stepping down as the Society Historian, so that I could once again be on the Illinois Surgical Society Board. When I recall the Drs. Hunters, Rosemans, Puestows, Greenlees, and many of you other GIANTS in my past, I get very homesick to see you again. While some visits can only be in our memories, the MILLENNIUM 2000 SPRING MEETING gave us the chance to see each other again. I video taped many of those that attended for our archives. Please do as the Catholic Church asked several years ago, "Come Home for Christmas." Invite your friends that you want to see again to the fall meeting in Vail or the next spring meeting. Please send pictures of yourself, the Society or of other surgical interest to me. I will copy them, return the originals to you, and use the pictures for a video FORTY-FIFTH ANNIVERSARY tape. C.K. can put it on our web page if you wish.
